I am a Bulgarian multdisciplinary artist born and raised in Sofia and currently based in Hamburg; interested in discourses around the female body, infertlity and representations of the body. And sometimes in completely different stuff.

Recently my thematic spectrum expanded to the sexualization and objectification of the „Slavic“ female body, with the aim of demystifying and playing with the construction and mythologization of the so called „Eastern“ and „nationalonal“ narratives. A bit of witchcraft is also always useful.

I search expression in various media – drawing, painting, video, photography and text, a lot of self stageing, depending on the weather and my personal circumstances. Would love to include more performance in my work as a more direct act of embodiment and connection with myself and the viewer.
